Oleh Kuzmin - Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Economics and Management of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Full Doctor in Economics, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine. He is the author of more than 1250 scientific works, including more than 200 monographs and 60 articles indexed in international scientometric databases Scopus and Web of Science. In addition, Oleh Kuzmin is the author of 24 tutorial books and about 100 textbooks. Under his scientific supervision, 30 doctoral and more than 100 candidate dissertations were defended.

• Since 1994 he has been the Chairman of the Specialized Academic Council K 35.052.03 for the defense of PhD theses.
• In 1977 defended his dissertation on "Management of quality standards in mechanical engineering".
• In 1989 defended doctoral dissertation on "Systems of material incentives for work in industry: The formation and management of development".
• In 1981 and 1991, academic titles of associate professor and professor were awarded, respectively.
• For his significant personal contribution to the socio-economic, scientific and cultural development of the Lviv region, Oleh Kuzmin was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Public Education of Ukraine" (1999) .
• Since 2007 - the Chairman of the Specialized Academic Council D 35.052.03 for the defense of doctoral theses at the Lviv Polytechnic National University.

Oleh Kuzmin is an academician of the Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management of Ukraine, the Transport Academy of Ukraine, the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, and the National Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine. He worked in various structures of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in particular, as a member of the Economics Section of the Scientific Council, a member of the Presidium of the Scientific and Methodological Commission for Management and Administration, Deputy Chairman of the Expert Council of the State Accreditation Commission for Management and Trade in the specialty "Business Administration". He also worked as the chairman of the subcommittee "Management of foreign economic activity" of the Scientific and Methodological Commission for Management and Administration.

Participated in the implementation of various international educational projects, in particular: mobility project under the inter-institutional agreement under the Erasmus + program between the Lviv Polytechnic National University and Kingston University (London, UK) (2017-1-UK01-KA107-036029); Erasmus + project: "Implementation of the quality assurance system of education through cooperation between the University-Business-Government in higher education institutions - EDUQAS" (586109-EPP-I-2017-1-RO-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP); Erasmus + Jean Monnet Module (EU competitiveness boosting: circular economy) (610641-EPP-1-2019-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE) and others. Under his leadership, the Institute of Economics and Management of Lviv Polytechnic became a bronze member of the Business Graduates Association (BGA, London, UK) as part of the world-renowned accreditation agency for business schools AMBA (Association of MBA’s, London). Lviv Polytechnic National University has been a leader among Ukrainian universities in the field of Economics and Business for three years in a row (in particular, in the fields of Business and Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics and Econometrics) and has already for the second time in a row place in the category of 301-400 best universities in the world.

Professor Oleh Kuzmin was awarded: state orders "For Merit" III and II degrees (2009 and 2018, respectively); Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "For Special Merits to the Ukrainian People" (2015); the award of the NGO "Union of Veterans and Law Enforcement Officials of Ukraine" "For Service to the State" (2017); state badge "Excellence in Education" (2003); the state sign "Petro Mohyla" (2005); medal "15 years of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (2006); medal named after Ivan Ogienko (2021); thanks to the Lviv Customs of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine (2014); honors of the Lviv Regional Council (2014); Medal of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine "Hryhoriy Skovoroda" (2014); Diploma of the Lviv Customs of the SFS of Ukraine (2017); diploma of the Lviv Regional State Administration (2019); Diploma of the Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2019); thanks to the Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (2019); thanks to the Association of Professional Customs Intermediaries (2019); thanks to the Lviv Customs of the SFS of Ukraine (2019); thanks to the European Business Association (2019), etc.

Oleh Kuzmin is the Editor-in-Chief of the international journal “Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management’ and a member of the editorial boards of the scientific-practical journals “Regional Economics” and “Economics and the State”.

On October 25, 2022, the Scientific Discipline Council for Management and Quality Sciences of the Faculty of Management at Częstochowa University of Technology adopted a resolution on awarding Dr. Eng. Artur Kisiołek the degree of Habilitated Doctor in the field of social sciences in the discipline of management and quality sciences. The scientific achievement forming the basis for applying for the degree of Habilitated Doctor was the monograph entitled “The Internet in the Marketing Activities of Higher Education Institutions in Poland and Ukraine,” Częstochowa University of Technology Publishing House, Częstochowa, 2021.

Dr. habil. Eng. Artur Kisiołek, University Professor, is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the Wielkopolska Academy of Social and Economic Sciences in Środa Wielkopolska and an Associate Professor in the Department of Enterprise Economics and Human Resources Management at the WASE Institute of Economics. In 2006, he obtained a doctoral degree in economic sciences. Dissertation topic: “The Role of the Internet in the Marketing Activities of Enterprises in the Metal Industry.”

The scientific and research activities of Dr. habil. Eng. Artur Kisiołek focus on online marketing, digital transformation of marketing, higher education marketing, industrial goods marketing, strategic management, leadership and motivation theory, the labor market, human resource management, and strategic management. Dr. habil. Eng. Artur Kisiołek has completed a number of international internships and is the author or co-author of numerous scientific articles published in Poland and abroad. He is the author of four monographs, including “Internet Marketing of Higher Education Institutions in Poland” and “The Market for Floor Systems in Poland.” He is also the co-author and editor of five monographs, including “Selected Issues of the Economies of Poland and Ukraine,” published both in Poland and Ukraine.

His scientific activities are closely connected with his managerial career. Since completing his master's studies, he has been professionally active in business practice. For more than 20 years, he has held managerial positions in medium-sized and large enterprises. He currently serves as the President of the Management Board of three companies in the construction industry, whose products — prefabricated floor systems — are intended for all participants in the construction process. Dr. habil. Eng. Artur Kisiołek is also the creator of the Stropy.pl online platform and coopetitive group of building materials manufacturers. The essence of his scientific, teaching, and managerial activities is the combination of experience gained in each of these areas.
